I knew it! It's a super-secret Wizards' club! And by that I mean Dungeons and Dragons... Because, come on, that's totally what they're playing down there. (Although the middle thing might be Wheel of Furtune or some kind of table-twister.)

There's a stage, and dancing, and a bar where I'm sure they sell special drinks (and by that I mean cocoa), a lounge area, and who knows what else on all those other floors! Shocked

I bet they even have an amazing gift shop <3

Oh wow, you can actually tell what's going on down there with those little ant-figure silhouettes? XD I'm impressed!

And hmm~♪ I wonder what D&D games would be like for people who already live in a fantasy world?

I've also heard "offices and businessmen" and "houses and humans", but yours makes the most sense. I do believe that a D&D world would be radically different if laws weren't fuzzy and easily debatable by a loudmouth with an axe.

Now, what I'm wondering is how the five tables of players down there can handle all the noise. Right now, one group's arguing about rules and threatening to kill each other, one group talking about things a friend of a friend allegedly saw three cosplaying girls do, one group's singing "Do Virgins Taste Better Than Those Who Are Not", one group loudly insulting the players who aren't present, and one group weighing the tenets of national socialism.
