Cool. What do you want to call it?

I'll take suggestions, but I think for now I'll call it 'The Heart of Shadow'.

For my 100th post(again) I submit this poem.

Sun on the horizon
Coming and gone
With life-giving warmth
here untouched is cold

Live in the warmth
The sun of the hart
Rejoyce in eachother
here alone is cold

Giving of warmth
Love of eachother
To give oneanother
here empty is cold

Desolation

Waste all is brown
The endless miles
This one color I see
Death it is
This color
Not black nor grey
Brown is death
Wandering in this land
All I see is brown
Yet in the distance
A simmer
I race toward it
What can it be
Is there some life here
For days this simmer eludes
Finnaly I see
Water
Not clear
Not fresh
Not clean
Brown water
The dead brown earth
Under the water
The dead brown earth
Around the water
Dead brown water
Nothing lives here
Brown waste of earth

What means of care
Have we to share
The world given to chos
Can we save
From the void
Any of our works

Work in progress

This one just had to come out.
On a Bright Day

The green leaf grows
The tall oak sways
And yet they fade away
The fearsome winds
With hellish din
Do strip the World away
Then in the silence
I hear your call
And the wind begins to howl
You draw me close
And in your arms
I feel the fire of hell

What lonesome bird
That falls this far
A dove without a tail
With gruesome care
You end its life
And tell me not to fear
You feed off me
My fear cool sweat
And laughter fills the air
You take my hand
You touch my hair
No escape from your lair

Give me grace
And give me light
To guide my steps
In the darkest night
I flee in horror
You follow in haste
Your mind calls
With your hate
To me images dire
These tortured bodies
Those hapless lives
Precursors to my fate

Please don't be frightened. This one just had to come out.
