I was happy thinking my abomination had gone down quietly, to be forgotten by all but the few people who knew about it. But know I find out it might still be out there, lurking. Waiting for me to turn my back before it can grab me and drag me back into a world of terrible MSpaint pictures... Oh well, at least it's a nearly terabyte torrent. Surely, no one's going to download that beast just to seek out my past transgressions... right? |
I thought you already knew I am a terrible person. My honorary lifetime membership to Club Baby Seals was not an indicator? When I search the mirror sites I can not find any mention of "see317". Not everything from Geocities was saved. It's possible yours was missed. (I can't download the torrent as my ISP caps data. Even if they didn't it would take a week provided there are good seeders, which I doubt.) _________________ Use your powers for gazpacho.

By all means, SEE, tell us what username you were using at the time. :D
Seriously. I'll tell you mine. In my first foray into the internet, I was baboon@supernews.com I believe all I figured out how to do was make the site yellow, but I sure was proud. Later, I sold the website to a classmate for maybe a quarter, because apparently I believed throwing out websites contributed to the overfilling of landfills. _________________ http://alienlife.thecomicseries.com/

I've been posting as See317 since the old AOL days.
I was "Fyre" at the GameFAQs forums while I was posting there, but once I realized that place was a sub-sub basement from the bottom of the barrel, I stopped posting there. _________________

After this reminiscing of waybackmachine I decided to see if any of my old work was still on the net... I was shocked to see that it is.. The actual archive is still up and running from one of my old majorly failed comic strips.
Man, was some of that stuff really really bad.. Some actually made me chuckle. Then again I have a weird sense of humor..
Don't worry, I won't scar your retina with showing some of that old old work. |
