The question is, do you have face fur? All of that body fur will be nothing if you don't have a beard and a mustache that would make a lumberjack jealous. 
And I can prove that I'm female. No male that would try to pretend to be a female would have such a gender-neutral signature as mine. So there. :3

I'm thinking that Amarath is saying that if she were a man pretending to be a woman on the internet, hypothetically his sig would be a lot more feminine in nature leading to more people believing that Hypothetical Male Amarath was actually female. It'd probably have flowers, and possibly rainbows.
The quoted statement implies that since Amarath's sig is rather gender neutral, Amarath is obviously not a man pretending to be a woman.
However, this may all be a clever ploy by a Male Amarath pretending to be a woman who is pretending to be a man pretending to be a woman on the internet.
I don't know why a person would do this, but I suspect it's an attempt to give me a splitting headache so I buy more aspirin.

So yea. I was just outside chopping wood with my penis and eating raw Tyrannosaurus when it occurred to me that a real man might just be one who isn't afraid to show his emotions.
So i tried to squeeze out a tear but all that came out was extra spicy pork rinds.
