So, what other comics do you read? I'm curious, and want to broaden my horizons.

To that end, I'm sharing my favorites, excepting True-magic of course. I obviously read it, or else I wouldn't be here.

www.Penny-arcade.com
If you don't know what this is, I welcome you to the internet and hope you enjoy your stay.

www.nuklearpower.com
See above. 8-bit theatre has been around for quite some time. You should read it, and love it.

www.dayfreepress.com/
A comicing group that has several awesome members. Sam and Fuzzy, Dr. McNinja, Qwantz, KristyvsTheZombieArmy. You could lose a lot of time here.

www.blastwavecomic.com
Three armies vie for supremacy in the post-apocalyptic ruin of a major metropolis. Homicidal death-wishes for all, and cute head-sized moths for others! Sporadic update schedule that makes Tauhid look like ... damn... someone who updates frequently and doesn't take hiatus'.

www.jackofallblades.com
Cause I can't forget the penguin.

www.lfgcomic.com/
Newer comic. Kind of an annoying loading screen to pull the strip up but highly enjoyable. I'd list this as a must read if you play WoW, especially if you play as Horde.

www.sluggy.com
Been going on for a while. A long while. With continuity. What started with a web designer looking for work has evolved into a story that could kill a month if you where to read it from the start.

I read others, but don't deem them to be worthy of linking. But I'll mention them. PVPonline, User Friendly, CAD, Bob and George. I may have missed some.

So, how bout you? Where do you get your comicry fix between updates?

Shoot, I forgot Order of the Stick.
How could I forget that? This is a mystery that may never be answered.

Anyway...

Adding ones that haven't been mentioned:

Gunnerkrigg Court

Terribly interesting style and a very weirdawesome story.

Templar, Arizona

Best character writing I've ever seen in a comic of any kind, and I seriously doubt it's been topped, at least online. I'm on their forums.

Penny and Aggie

Delightful writing and snappy art.

I read a fair selection of webcomics, some of which have been posted here or are listed True Magic's links page, but there's one in particular that hasn't been mentioned that I've liked...pity it's on hiatus...

www.manatheater.com

Well, I dunno if you'd call something like this a webcomic, though, but it's close enough.

I shall clicketh on these and broaden my horizons while leaving nothing to broaden your horizons!....I would laugh evily, but I wasn't trying to be evil. I just don't know any other ones as this is the first online comic I'd seen and stumbled upon by a marvelous fluke. Hooray for me! ^ ^

Hey, I'll have to try some of those.

These are some comics that I've been meaning to add to the links section:

Terror Island
The world's best gamepiece photo comic. Clever writing, fun plot, great photography.

Hellbound
So many hilarious moments in this one. Some of the sight gags make me wish that it was animated.

Ozy and Millie
Cute, clever, and charmingly Calvin-esque. I've come to the conclusion that it's impossible to read it without feeling cheered up.

Undertow
Fantastic art, with an entertaining story. It features a hero in distress, and a psychotic damsel. Whee!

I'll have to check these out as well!

www.robandelliot.cycomics.com makes me laugh everytime.

www.runewoods.com/wildhunt is one of my favourites (along with this comic, Earthsong, and LinT) but she hardly updates, which sucks because the stories are awesome. Go harass her guestbook for more updates if you read this one (because webcomic artists love that... right? <cough>)

http://www.junglestudio.com/roza/index.html is pretty new and you can tell that it's done by a professional. It's so well done - this person knows how to create a scene or situation without a lot of dialogue.

http://www.fborfw.com/strip_fix/

http://www.somethingpositive.net/ - you really have to go back and read it from the beginning.

http://www.girlgeniusonline.com/ - again, you've really got to read it from the beginning

http://goblinscomic.com/ - again, read it from the beginning. It's easy, though, because it isn't that old yet.

http://www.wtfcomics.com/ - yes, yes, same as the others. What can I say, I like comics with a story line. Set in the world of EverQuest

http://www.queenofwands.net/ - This comic is over, but the archives are still up, and it's a damn fine comic.

Edit: and let us not forget Tauhid's new project Low Down Joe Brown. He's actually progressed to putting up pages.

Finally read through Gunnerkrigg Court, and I must agree that it is totally weirdawesome. The overall tone seems so solemn and mysterious that the humorous moments always leap out and startle me. Quite nice. <3

I also found a couple more neat comics through the LinT and No Rest FTW link pages.

Flaky Pastry
It's just... fun. And strange. And cute. And fun. And it has nothing to do with pastries as far as I can tell, but I'm not complaining. Fun! (Great art, too.)

The Front
It's a Saturday morning cartoon-style adventure comic that does everything right. I admit that I initially checked it out because the write-up included mention of an "obvious prettyboy fangirlbait character." And although Gaelin (the prettyboy) is indeed awesome, my heart truly belongs to the professional art, the snappy dialogue, the clean action sequences, the lovable characters, the excellent pacing — *inhales* — and the obvious thought and care that went into planning the story arc.

Oh, and the Brigadier General.

BRIGADIER GENERAL IS MY BISHIE.
