Wonderful job on the hair, especially Chloe!

I’ve gotta agree with Dale here–I love Chloe’s hair. It reminds me of a cockatiel… Those outfits are pretty great too. Can I assume those bangles have something to do with their fighting abilities? (Since Reve only has one on his sword-arm?)

@Dale: Thanks! It was described as long bangs held back in a headband, so that they look like feathers.
Very fun to draw.
@KitFang: Ooh, good question. You’ll have to ask Xiao, but I wouldn’t be surprised — they look like they’re meant to be functional as well as stylish.
P.S. Squee for the cockatiel mention. ♥ I love those little guys.

*flails and squees* EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
My god. MY GOD. You have gotten these two down absolutely PERFECTLY. I cannot stop happy dancing. Chloe’s hair! Reve’s smirk! The awesome jackets!
Man, now I want to write their reunion even mooooooooooooooooore…
@ Kitfang – the bangles are what give Chloe and Reve their magic. They’re called Magitech Cuffs, and the different stones represent different spells. Kinda like materia, which is admittedly what inspired them.

Eeexcellent. ♥ I’m glad they turned out the way you pictured them!
I hope we’ll get to hear more of these guys’ story sometime.

Oh, you will. I was having trouble, but then I changed the context and BAM! Five chapters!

My hair did that when I pulled my bangs back, but it didn’t look nearly so good on me as it does on Chloe. (I guess that’s just what comes of inheriting my ginormous forehead from my dad’s side of the family, alas.)
Those are some seriously swanky outfits!
